I attached a link below to information and a worksheet related to how our thoughts, emotions, and actions are all linked. This is a topic I'm going to discuss with you all in the future so if you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
This week I wanted to send out some tools we can use to help us with our time management skills. I know this quarantine can have us all over the place and even feeling overwhelmed some days. To help us feel more productive, more in control of our days, and overall more happy, we have to first mindfully see how we spend our days so we can see what we want and don't want when it comes to our schedules. Check out the attachments and let me know what you think and if I can help you further with managing your time and energy.
During this stressful and very...STRANGE time, I want to remind you all that I will be continuing to provide support in a variety of ways. This includes attachments and resources for both students and parents (nothing mandatory) which will have a general focus on mental health and well-being. Also, I will be continuing to offer counseling over the phone. Even if you simply need a break from this new "normal", I encourage you to have your families reach out to me through the following email:

Stay safe and be well!
